Al is the Founder of The Edge of Work, a leadership development & consulting firm focused on helping leaders create organizations where their people can thrive. He is a speaker, consultant, and researcher on the future of work, leadership development, and organizational strategy.
Bio
Al works inside organizations and with executives, leaders and managers to sense and respond to changes in the workplace. He’s passionate about working with leaders to design human-first workplaces, and helping leaders and their executive teams build cultures and organizations that maximize the potential and performance of their people.
Al researches, writes, and speaks to executives and leaders across the corporate, higher education and association sectors on leadership development, workplace trends, and company culture, and his thinking and insights have been published in outlets such as Fast Company, Business Insider, The World Economic Forum, Inc and Time Magazine.
Al previously worked at Salesforce as a Product Marketer, helping launch products and features that touched thousands of customers. He previously worked as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on developing and executing digital transformation.
Al received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Theology from Boston College, and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel-Hill.
